  • To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please share the video and photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the specific damage within 4 days of delivery.
  • Please choose your pieces carefully, as we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
